This is a Private Cello Lesson with among the most accomplished Cellist's we have met at this young age. Apart from coming highly recommended, Curious Campus has fallen in love with the cello after hearing Henry play. Henry George Page is a British musician who works as a composer, singer, accompanist and continuo cellist. He completed a MusB in Music at the University of Manchester and an MMus in Composition at the Royal Northern College of Music where he studied with Emily Howard and Laura Bowler and won the Patricia Cunliffe Composition Prize. He has written for various ensembles, including collaborations and workshops with the BBC Singers; Devon Philharmonic Orchestra; House of Bedlam; CoMA; NoZngham Youth Orchestra; and Ludlow English Song Festival. As a performer, Henry maintains a diverse portfolio in singing, accompaniment and continuo. He originated principal roles at the Grimeborn and Tête-à-Tête opera festivals, has participated in world premieres of works by Roxanna Panufnik, Paul Mealor, Judith Bingham and Sir James MacMillan and served as Director of Music to St Matthew at the Elephant on London’s Southbank, and as a peripatetic teacher and accompanist at The Royal Ballet School’s White Lodge in Richmond. He currently accompanies the mezzo-soprano Rebecca Anderson; together, they won the RNCM Emmanuel Prize in 2020 and is also a PhD minor and a tutor for 2020 Commonwealth International Composition Competition.
